The Herd

They live in semi-freedom, on their own ethogram. That's why their mirror is clean.

Very different characters live together in the herd, and every one of them works: the one who sets boundaries and lets nobody approach without clear intent; the one who holds steady, calm and patient, often the first contact for the more fearful; the one who reads the room and reacts to tension before anyone names it; and the youngest, curious and restless, perfect for practising patience and perseverance. Depending on each session's goal, the practitioner chooses which companion to work with.

We deliberately give them no names: each person names them during the session, and that gesture is already part of the work.

Ethology

A home that fits their needs

A stabled horse, worked every day in a small space, ends up apathetic or stressed. Such an animal no longer gives back reliable information: it gives back its own discomfort.

Here the herd lives together and outdoors every single day of the week: grazing, moving, settling its own hierarchies — always. That is why, when you work with them, what they reflect back is yours, not theirs. Animal welfare here is not a decorative value: it is the technical condition that makes the method work.
