Never. All work is done on the ground, which removes any risk of falling. There are safety protocols and specific public liability insurance.
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed, flat shoes (boots or sturdy trainers). Depending on the season: cap, sunscreen or a warm layer.
Each session lasts an hour. How many depends on the goal: short blocks of 2–3 sessions to unblock a process, or longer support at two sessions a month.

Yes, with the family's written consent. I send a follow-up report to the referring professional after each session so there's continuity between weekday and weekend work.
It depends on the goal and the child's age. In family sessions everyone takes part. In one-to-one sessions with children, it's often more productive for parents to observe from an agreed distance. We decide together at the first visit.
